There are door codes to enter the building and to get the apartment keys. We did have some trouble with the building code changing for some reason but the host was very responsive in solving the issue quickly and getting us a new code. The condo is beautiful, in a great location and very close to everything. Parking on the street is a bit unclear but we did not have a problem and never got a ticket.

So the coffee situation. If there is one thing you expect at any hotel or Airbnb is to at least have some way to make coffee in the morning. There was a tiny keurig-like machine and only 1 pod which did not fit the machine. The host apologized and said the previous guests must have finished all the coffee and that there is a machine downstairs for coffee. Yes, the machine was there but it was also out of every/all the coffee that day. Not a huge deal maybe, but when you are trying to get going in the morning and have to drive somewhere to get a cup of coffee it is kind of annoying. Also, no soap in the bathrooms or shampoo in the showers. So bring your own soap and coffee here.

I liked the view a lot. It's on the 21st first floor so I wouldn't recommend it to people who are afraid of heights. It's located in a beautiful building. Felt very safe and it was super quiet. The host was super communicative and even left welcome snacks.

The elevators were a bit wonky. Out of 8 available, only three were in service, and sometimes only 2. The garage elevator didn't work for the majority of our stay.

The place was very nice! The host was super communicative. Check in and out was very easy.

The shower looked like it needed to be cleaned a little more.
