Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und helfen immer gerne , egal ob man Fragen per WhatsApp hat oder etwas für die Unterkunft benötigt. Alles war extrem sauber. Ich war von der Schönheit der Wohnung positiv überrascht. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen und zwei Fernseher. Das Badezimmer ist sauber und geräumig. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, außerdem gibt es zwei Sofas. Das Internet ist ausgezeichnet und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler usw.). Nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich die Bahnstation „Villaverde Bajo“, von der aus man jeden Ort in Madrid erreichen kann; der Hauptbahnhof ist von dort aus in 10 Minuten mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Auf dem Weg zwischen der Unterkunft und der Station gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt für Einkäufe. Bewertung: 10/10
English: The staff are very friendly and always more than happy to help, whether you have questions via WhatsApp or need something for the Apartment. Everything was extremely clean. I was really surprised by how beautiful the apartment was. It has two air conditioning units and two televisions. The bathroom is clean and big. The bed is very comfortable, and there are also two sofas. The internet connection is excellent, and the kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.). The "Villaverde Bajo" train station is just a 4-minute walk away, offering connections to anywhere in Madrid; the main train station can be reached from there in 10 minutes with train. On the way between the apartment and the station, there is a small supermarket for buying some food. Rating: 10/10.

El apartamento está perfecto , la cocina con todo lo necesario, la cama muy cómoda, el baño nuevo y una ducha estupenda. Lo recomiendo.

Nos alojamos en este apartamento durante nuestra estancia en Madrid para asistir al concierto de Shakira y la experiencia fue muy buena. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio. Queremos destacar especialmente al chico que nos atendió, que además era el mismo que se encargaba del mantenimiento de los apartamentos. Fue muy amable, atento y resolutivo, algo que se agradece muchísimo. Sin duda, una estancia muy recomendable. ¡Repetiríamos!
