Đây là chỗ nghỉ thứ 6 (cuối cùng) trong chuyến đi 3 nước châu Âu của gia đình tôi, chỗ nghỉ nằm trong tòa nhà hiện đại thuộc khu phố trung tâm gần nhà thờ Stephan: -các tiện nghi đều sử dụng tốt: wifi, máy sưởi, nước nóng, tủ lạnh, lò viba, bếp nấu, máy pha cà phê, dụng cụ nấu ăn. -có dọn phòng hàng ngày, sạch sẽ, an toàn, yên tĩnh. Việc giao tiếp với chủ nhà nhanh và nhận phòng thuận tiện. -cách trạm bus cộng cộng vài chục mét, khu có nhiều quán ăn, siêu thị thực phẩm gần, khu vực an toàn. Trạm bus sân bay CAT đi bộ về chỗ nghỉ là vừa phải. -có máy giặt kèm sấy tại khu vực phòng sinh hoạt chung là một tiện ích tuyệt vời, nếu trang bị két an toàn nhỏ trong phòng thì tốt hơn nữa.

Отличное расположение апартаментов, всё необходимое находится поблизости. Апартаменты комфортные, уютные, чистые и хорошо оборудованные. В целом остались очень довольны проживанием.
Основной недостаток — слабая звукоизоляция. Было очень хорошо слышно соседей сверху, особенно когда они шумели, что мешало комфортному отдыху. Кроме того, за всё время проживания (5 ночей) ни разу не меняли полотенца и постельное бельё, несмотря на то что мы продлили проживание ещё на одну ночь. В остальном всё было отлично.
