A brand-new, modern 2-bedroom apartment in Menaggio, offering a sparkling clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully styled themed interior. Located in a peaceful area just 200 meters from the town center and right next to a school, it provides an exceptionally safe and quiet environment for your stay
There is a private parking space available, though it might be a bit tight for a larger SUV like an Audi Q7
Hot water is supplied by an electric heater, sufficient for two people back-to-back. Please allow some time for the tank to reheat between uses.
