The property was located near the beginning of the Lungamare, where I normally stay……the apartment was in excellent condition, with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and also included a washer and a dryer, the first dryer I’ve seen in an apartment I rented in 4 years of travel (unfortunately didn’t get to use it)…..absolutely one of my best stays of the past years…..all good!….
Was all good…

The host is very communicative, speaks English fluently, responds quickly, and is very friendly.
The apartment is in a very convenient location, clean, and everything is new. There are shops and restaurants nearby.
This is not a drawback, but rather a heads-up: elderly guests may have to walk up to the 8th floor if the lift is unavailable. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place to everyone. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

The location was great near the prpmenade and high street shops and cafes .The host was lovely and very friendly and helpful. The flat was spacious and clean and as the weather was very wet at times the dryer was a great bonus .
