I would like to express my deep gratitude and complete satisfaction regarding my stay at Noor Al-Raqiya Hotel. The staff—specifically Mr. Yusuf (from Turkey) and the Saudi lady at the reception—played a significant role in fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their cordial reception and constant attentiveness to our needs left a very positive impression on us. This, in fact, prompted me to recommend the hotel to some friends, who subsequently booked two rooms there during their own visit to Medina.
