Attention to detail by the host is exceptional. Location in Hobart is very convenient and walkable to CBD and Salamanca but still manages to be a quiet place to sleep. Highest quality toiletries for skin care. Eggs, milk, bread, cereals, snacks and coffee/tea provided. Barista quality coffee machine with a wand to froth milk. A beautiful sauna with outside shower to cool off between that acts like a cool plunge pool. Washer and dryer with laundry soap provided. High-quality bedding with slippers and bathrobes in both bedrooms. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and nice views from both sides of apartment. Electric blankets if you are the type to want extra warmth. Lounge with two comfy sofas and smart tv in to unwind at night. You can close the kitchen door and cook downstairs without waking up anyone if either bedroom upstairs. There's a ground floor toilet off the kitchen to avoid walking upstairs. Honestly, I feel like all I would need to bring next time were my clothes.
This is certainly not a complaint, but it took us a while to figure out the buttons on the sauna. Googled it easy enough, though.

Larissa was a great host and helpful at last minute for us.
Property is located very conveniently between the city centre and Salamanca .
Was an enjoyable stay all round
Just needed somewhere to put some items , keys , jackets etc near the front door but I suppose that’s being picky . Just needed somewhere basics like glad wrap, foil and cooking (oil and a coffee machine) this would get it some top points

Location was very central to what we wanted to do. Apartment presented well. Nice breakfast basket provided, Washing machine and dryer were very handy, Liked it so much, we stayed an extra day.
