Location is very good, short walk to Lake Sevan. Staff were very nice, car park beside hotel.
This is a 3 Star max hotel. Room was a Deluxe Double, wouldn't call it Deluxe, it was ok. Breakfast was different, obviously Armenian style so didn't suit my palate but I'm sure it would be fine for locals. Hard place to find - put Ashot Erkat into Google maps instead of Sevanavanq Hotel. We ate in the Dock Side restaurant beside the lake a 2 minute walk - very good.

* Breathtaking views from the property
* Exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful staff
* Great for large families / wonderful overall family getaway
* The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times
* The shower could use a non-slip mat for added safety
* No AC
