The property was very clean, comfortable, centrally located, and newly renovated. We did not see the staff very often, but the staff member who communicated with us was extremely helpful, friendly, and positive. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were very satisfied with the accommodation.
Due to the physical characteristics of the building, the elevator only goes up to a certain level, so you need to walk up the stairs to reach the top floor. The elevator itself may also feel a little intimidating for children or people with claustrophobia. That said, the building and the area felt very safe and quiet overall. This is simply something worth being aware of in advance and should not be misunderstood as a safety concern.

Great communication with the owner; whatever was wrong, they immediately fixed it.
Great location, great room size, and very equipped.
The apartment was really quiet; no noise from outside could be heard.
The small elevator doesn't go all the way up to the room; you still need to climb 1 floor with the stairs.
The showerhead was clogged and rusty, but they fixed it.
