Zimmer
Die Unterkunft ist modern und komplett neu und verfügt über 4 Zimmer und einen Eingangsbereich mit zwei Sesseln. Das Doppelzimmer war sehr groß und modern eingerichtet und entsprach genau den Fotos. Das Doppelbett war bequem. Das Bad war komplett neu. Der große Kleiderschrank bot viel Platz für Kleidung und meinen Koffer. Außerdem war das Zimmer mit einem Fernseher, einem Tisch mit Stuhl, einem Safe, einem Kühlschrank und einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage hat das Zimmer effektiv gekühlt. Das Zimmer ließ sich mit Rollläden komplett abdunkeln. Auf dem Balkon gab es einen Tisch und zwei Stühle. Das WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber. Für den Aufenthalt wurden kleine Kosmetikartikel, Hausschuhe, Kaffeekapseln und einige Snacks bereitgestellt.
Lage
Das Apartment ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Innerhalb von 5 Min. sind die Metrostation (Cornelia, Linie A), Busse (zur Innenstadt und zum Vatikan), ein Supermarkt und Restaurants zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist belebt und ich habe mich als alleinreisende Frau hier sicher gefühlt. Der Balkon liegt in Richtung einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung, sodass es auf dem Balkon sehr laut war. Ich habe hier dennoch gerne gefrühstückt. Die Fenster sind auch top isoliert, sodass man den Verkehr im Zimmer nicht weiter wahrnimmt. Nachts ließ sich die Klimaanlage in den Nachtmodus schalten und ich konnte hier ruhig schlafen.
Gastgeber
Ich wurde bei der Ankunft herzlich von Gina und ihrer Tochter Lucia begrüßt, die perfekt Englisch sprach. Lucia hat mir mein Zimmer gezeigt und Tipps zur Gegend mit mir geteilt. Beide waren während des Aufenthalts jederzeit erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts war freundlich und professionell. Man merkt, dass die Unterkunft von einer Familie geführt wird, der das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt.
Fazit
Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Soggiorno fantastico! Struttura modernissima, appena ristrutturata e con tutto nuovo. Si vede l'attenzione ai dettagli e la cura nella pulizia, davvero impeccabile.
Posizione comodissima: a meno di un minuto a piedi dalla metro Cornelia, in 15 minuti si arriva a Termini e da lì ovunque. Zona Aurelio super servita, con supermercato, bar e ristoranti proprio sotto casa.
Host gentilissima e disponibilissima, ci ha concesso il check-in posticipato gestendo tutto telefonicamente in modo molto comodo.

Il B&B si nota subito che è stato ristrutturato da poco. È arredato con gusto ed è pulito.
Posizione ottima, non appena giri l'angolo c'è la metro di Cornelia che ti porta in tutte le zone di Roma.

A great place to stay in Rome! Very clean, freshly renovated, with a comfortable bed. The metro is right around the corner, which is super convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended!
The room had a very strong lingering smell of cleaning product (either very concentrated or heavily scented), which might be uncomfortable for sensitive guests. I had to wipe down the surfaces with a damp towel and air out the room (although all surfaces were spotlessly clean!).
There were also not enough towel hooks in the bathroom, and the street outside is quite noisy, though closing the windows and shutters blocks the noise well.
These are very minor points, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.
