Super comfy beds, despite everything still great value compared to other places nearby the Excel during an event there. Very clean.
The heater didn’t seem to work which was a shame as it was very cold and storming, difficult to get up the 2 sets of narrow stairs with a big suitcase, communication issues with host— slow responses, couldn’t get into the building at first due to missing or incorrect detail about the lockboxes, which just wasn’t great in the storm — and the location was rather difficult to find at least with the taxi driver. Was very hard to spot when it was getting dark out and raining.

The accommodation was lovely! Small room but that is all we needed, it wad clean, had a private bathroom, even an air fryer! Communication was great and even though we arrived super late due to a flight delay, keys were left in a box for us and were easy to access. Very close to public transport (DLR)
The fridge in the room emitted quite a bright light but we didn't really use it so just turned it off. And there was only 1 roll of toilet paper! Not enough for 2 people for 3 nights. But overall it was a great stay

The bed was comfortable. Late check out was a nice touch.
The floors felt like was were not cleaned for a while. I wore white socks and they were filthy walking around the room.
The shower also didn’t have instructions so operating it took a while to figure out trying to avoid 3rd degree burns!
