We are a family of 5 with 3 teens. It was a great room option to accommodate our family. Good location, really easy to get around. We were picked up at the hotel for tours and Grabs.
Although it is a privately owned unit, the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful.
The hotel allowed us to utilise their storage lockers after checking out and before our flight.

Our favourite property to stay in Vietnam. Our family of four needed some space after being in small hotel rooms for 2 weeks. The Lancaster delivered!

New construction, good quality construction, good A/C, relatively quiet, short walk to Pham Ngu Lao backpacker area, lovely rooftop infinity pool, great value
Construction work ongoing means a bit of noise (jackhammering or drilling) above during daytime working hours
