This is NOT a Hotel. Booking.com should have checked the facilities before enlisting.
nothing. everything was bad
As we reached the Hotel in a poorly lit up area, no one was available at the Reception in the ground floor. After repeated calls to the published phone number( realized later that phone belonged to the owner Sai Prasad), he said that one gentleman will turnup. Yogesh M Mangreary came in few minutes. There is no lift in this building. Yogesh took the luggage to 1st floor. The rooms he showed were dusty and linen were smelly. Yogesh agreed to clean the room and change the linen. There are no wardrobe or Kettle, beverage making facilities and drinking water. After sometime, bottled water was brought from the shops. Yogesh promised that he will bring tea in the morning "at any time".
Even the bin was not empty. full of rubbish from the previous clients' stay.
In the cramped washroom, a tiny Geyser will provide half a bucket of warm water (not boiling water). There are no rails to keep the clothes/bath towel. Wash basin is tiny spilling water in all directions. No lights above the mirror to help shaving.
Yogesh was repeatedly requesting us to write a GOOD review about the hOTEL.
Next morning, we left for Grishneshwar temple early at 5.15 am. No one was available at reception. Repeated Calls to Yogesh went unanswered, later claiming that his phone was "dead". No tea was served.
Even after returning from Grishneshwar temple at 7 am, no one was at the reception. We brought down the luggage on our own. Yogesh was not answering the phone calls. No one was available to hand over the room key. We left for Ellora caves.
