Very spacious which was great for our baby to have room to walk around. All the main areas were clean. The owner let us do a late check out and we were able to attend mass. Very close to the basilica and the upper gate. Restaurants are very limited on this side of assisi though. Even though we had things we didn't like it was still great value for money.
The water had a strange smell in the bathroom the kitchen sink was OK. Mould on bathroom door and on dish rack. The rubbish bins are small. If you are coming with a baby bring nappy rubbish bags. There is only one window for fresh air and there were two fans provided but only one worked. Just maybe double check the facility offered because I made the mistake of not looking and found linen and towers were not provided. They are an extra cost. Also no milk, water coffee or breakfast so if you are arriving late get some stuff before coming to Assisi as supermarkets are not easy to find and can close early.

Posizione ottima.
