Absolutely the worst accommodation experience I have ever had!!!
Nothing
Absolutely the worst accommodation experience I have ever had!!! We arrived expecting a clean and comfortable apartment, but instead found a place that was completely unacceptable. There was a strong smell of damp and mold throughout the apartment. The bathroom had visible mold, the washing machine contained dirty stagnant water with a terrible odor, furniture was damaged, and even basic cleanliness standards were not met. The apartment looked nothing like what was advertised. We reported these issues immediately, provided photos and videos as evidence, and explained that staying there was impossible. Due to the health concerns, we had no choice but to leave and book another accommodation at our own expense. The management’s only “solution” was to clean the mold while we were away, which is completely unacceptable when the apartment should have been clean before guests arrive. No serious effort was made to provide a suitable alternative or resolve the situation properly. The most shocking part is that we did not receive a single cent back. Not one euro was refunded, despite all the evidence proving that the apartment was not in a habitable condition. This was not just disappointing—it felt dishonest. We lost a significant amount of money and a valuable part of our vacation dealing with a problem that should never have existed. Avoid this property at all costs. There are many places nearby that actually respect their guests. This one does not. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
