Lost my money….
Nothing
If you do a deep search on the Owner, you see that it has a bunch of bad reviews. We sadly noticed after receiving the check-in informations where it exactly is. It is not exactly where it says on booking.com. Despite requesting a refund, the owner did not give us back the money. Everything is incredibly shady. Do not book here. It is on the ground floor (see image attached)…

* l’ouverture immédiate d’une enquête sur cet hébergement ;
* la vérification de sa conformité avec les informations publiées sur Booking ;
* une explication concernant l’absence de réaction à ma première réclamation ;
* le remboursement de mon séjour ;
* et, le cas échéant, une indemnisation pour les préjudices subis.
