The worst experience

The accommodation description was misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual conditions. The listing gave the impression that we were booking a private room with private facilities. Upon arrival, we discovered that the bathroom was shared by several occupied rooms. In addition, the apartment was inhabited by other guests and by the host herself, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing and significantly affected our privacy and comfort. Had these conditions been clearly stated in advance, we would not have booked this accommodation. Because the property did not match our reasonable expectations based on the advertisement, we decided to leave and book alternative accommodation at our own expense. We paid for another hotel while still losing the amount paid for this reservation. Despite multiple communications through Booking.com and our efforts to reach a fair solution, the owner refused any refund or responsibility regarding the discrepancy between the advertised and actual accommodation conditions. Her responses were dismissive, uncooperative, and at times came across as arrogant, showing no willingness to acknowledge the concerns raised or the inconvenience caused. We believe future guests should be fully informed that they may be sharing the apartment and bathroom with multiple other occupants. Transparency in the listing would have prevented this situation entirely.

Overall satisfied

I stayed here with my sister for 4 nights. It was really comfortable. There are 2 other rooms in one of them sometimes the owner stays. She is really nice and it is easy to communicate. The house is close to the bus stops which goes to monaco, menton… The kitchen and the bathroom was shared.

There was no air conditioning.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, unkompliziert
