Nothing it is worst
1. Unclean rooms were given
2. We were in the pool and the staff just put hard chlorine into us just because we told them we will take some time to get out the pool since we checked in late (asked 5 min more)
3. WIFI doesn’t work at all it’s too bad there and you don’t even get good network to make calls
4. Staff is only welcoming until you pay and later they are very very rude! We wanted to extend our stay for one more day and in the app it was showing different price whereas the staff wanted us to pay him extra 500 from whatever the app was showing if we wanted the same room because someone had booked our room I literally told him I am the booking the same room but he was insisting to pay him the extra 500 if we wanted the same room lol and we had no other option on top of that, he was staring at us rudely too. While checking out they told 500 fine for late checkout and then they suddenly ask us to pay 1500.
5. There are insects every where. Lots of cockroaches and insects that literally fall into your drinks.
6. Plates and utensils that were given are extremely dirty.
7. WiFi wasn’t working and we complained to them around 8pm they were rude and told us they will come tomorrow and asked us to adjust and wasn’t ready to address the issue at all. We missed a lot of important calls due to this.
8. No sufficient parking too.
9.Rooms smell so bad. There’s an automatic air freshner though the smell of it was making us nauseous.
10. Unclean bedsheets and towels were provided
11. No mats were given and when asked they couldn’t arrange them also when we used the DIRTY towels given by them as mats the staff got so pissed and even demanded extra money as they don’t wash them oftenly
