Don’t stay here !!!
Location
Misleading , golf cart not available after being reassured it was available and would be available once I arrived. I have my disabled aunt with me and for this area a golf cart is a necessity,Once I arrived the golf cart was there was plugged in but no key I called and messaged after a few hours I got a text that the golf cart wasn’t available ( after me confirming multiple times ) the unit had multiple issues broken patio furniture that collapsed while my aunt was sitting in the chair , Blood on the mattress , bed was broken and couch has wholes that was stapled together, tv not working , but the biggest issue is the lack of care or concern from the host / management team I only booked this over priced unit because it has availability of the golf cart , no one communicated with me that the golf cart wasn’t available, when I called and waited 2 hours for a response after checking in to see where the key to the golf cart was the day was over
We was only staying a few days and basically one day was wasted , the vacation was ruined , I feel someone should of reached out to me prior to me arriving to make aware the golf cart wasn’t available so I could of made other arrangements
Especially with having someone disabled and not able to walk far ( I stressed this before booking the reservation)
Very disappointed in the way this was handled and I will not recommend anyone staying in this unit that wants a well put together, thought out , clean , up to date place to stay.
Don’t trust the golf cart will be available ( that was also misleading )
DONT STAY HERE
I LEFT A DAY EARLY !!
