I would avoid this particular place. There are too many beautiful homes that don’t have this issue.
The location and the property itself was a beautiful unit.
This place had a roach manifestation. My daughter woke up to one crawling on her in the downstairs bedroom and more of them in the downstairs bathroom. The next day I got there, I’m resting on the bed and found 1 crawling on me. I contacted the management company and the only thing they did was sent pest control while we were out. We killed a few of them before we left and came back to the same killed bugs on the floor. Yet the Manangement company said the manager and pest control came out. What I saw in the pictures they sent was someone holding a Home defense wand which you can get from Home Depot. They didn’t clean the dead bugs or anything. If it had not been for the pictures, I wouldn’t have believed they came out there. During that same evening, I recorded 2 live bugs crawling across the floor and while we were cleaning up, we saw baby roaches crawling across the island in the kitchen. We were so uncomfortable, we packed up and left that same night. There was no compensation or empathy on their part. I sent pictures and kept in communication. At one point, they tried to insinuate that I was lying!with the wording they used. I have pictures and screenshots. I’m really considering taking this further. I have Cancer and needed this vacation for relaxation, rest and a little Florida fun. But all I got was inconvenience and an uncomfortable situation. We could not rest in that place after that. They told me there was nothing they could do, not even compensating for having to leave early. I guess they wanted us to continue to stay even though there were live roaches running everywhere. And I’m not exaggerating. They asked me to give them 5 stars to not hurt their ratings. Can you believe that. I’m so disappointed because it had been awhile dealing with my health before I could even get a vacation. If you decide to stay here, please be careful. With the way they treated us, I would just avoid this place all together.

Beautiful property but I expected better
The property was beautiful nice and clean buttttt
They placed me right next to where they was doing construction, they worked until 8pm Friday and they worked all weekend, literally my entire stay there, the played loud Latino music and I heard a lot bamming and construction noise all weekend and when I reach out to someone they said they was unaware that construction was going on, they would reach out to the clubhouse and all they did was made them turn the music down a lil, they didn’t respect the quiet hours at all and they left trash right next to the property never came to get it was there my entire stay I have videos of the noise all weekend, I expect better because they have such strict rules about loud music and trash etc but I guess same rules don’t apply to the construction crews, wish I could upload videos of all the noise all weekend
