50 meters from the sea front and close to lots of good restaurants and bars. Easy walking - just 15 minutues from free parking. Very clean and tidy and as described in Booking.com. Monopoli is also a real find to base trips out to the various towns and villages in the area

I could see the sea from my room and above on rooftop too! Beautiful! The room was beautiful. Anna is a wonderful host! Decorates well too! So sweet and thoughtful to her guests.
I warn you. Many stairs. Builds muscles tho!😃 the price you pay to see ocean 🌊

Not only the great location but also the terrace where u could sit and enjoy the sunrise early in the morning and then enjoy later in the afternoon. And Anna was great with welcoming us and giving all the information we needed
Wasn’t anything really. Anna had told us before hand about the stairs. Which we handled quite well.

Well situated in the historical centre of Monopoli. It also had a sun terrace which would be fabulous in the summer months.
There was a smell of stagnant water which we were made aware of on arrival. The accommodation is over 4 floors including the sun terrace, however the smell resulted us staying on the third floor in our bedroom for the whole of our stay.
Facilities are dated, the shower for example was old and not powerful, towels were old and adapters were needed for power to any electrical appliances.
