This was absolutely superb accommodation. A very spacious and modern appartment with full attention to detail given to the style, comfort and facilities. I am fussy but our appartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, delightful, and superbly located. I cannot think of a single improvement, no matter how small, that could be made to this accommodation. The location too was amazing. Many excellent tabernas, restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep and walking distance to both Retiro park and Plaza Mayor. Anton Martin metro station is just across the road. I WILL be returning.
While the accommodation itself was superb, I found the check-in process (before arrival) to be complex and time consuming. It appears that Glinter is highly technology based and automated which might be great when everything fits into place, but when there are any small anomalies, things fall over. The check in process would not accept all three IDs of my party so the process took many emails, international phone calls and messages before it was resolved after a couple of days. Fortunately, my wife speaks Spanish and so was able to get this sorted but it was not straight forward. Once sorted, everything was superb.
