You can trully disconnect from outer world as it is so quiet and genuinely authentic place. It is not far from Dragon Stairs Hang Mua. You can take a free bike for a spin around. And also can rent a scooter at very affordable procession too. Very friendly and accommodating owners.
It is a bit of a distance from other dining place than what they offer on site. So if not cycle or Grab taxi - expect to stroll 10-15min or so. Not a hige problem - but our room air con unit was causing vibration of outer wall - so at night it is not usable if you are light sleeper.

Meilleur rapport qualité prix possible. Hôtel très charmant avec peu de chambres ; repos et calme total. Chambre spacieuse. Vue somptueuse. Personnel très gentil. Petit déjeuner et vélos gratuits disponibles. Je recommande.

The free breakfast was so good. The staff was incredible friendly. Motorbike rental from them was so easy. The location was off the main path and very quiet which I loved but sill close bough with bike or motorbike. The property was beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of work into keeping it that way. Overall a lovely stay.

View was nice. The free bicycles were a plus.
Be careful of nails jutting out from the floorboards. Electricity was off until some time after 3:30pm. We only stayed one night and they happen to have a party going on that night with karaoke starting at 9:15. It stopped after 30 minutes when we texted them to say that we’re trying to sleep so we could make our early flight the next day.
