Perfect Location. Well designed and spotless. Kelly’s communication skills were exceptional too. Every detail of the accommodation had been covered to make your stay smooth, comfortable and warm. Thank you for a lovely stay we will definitely be back .

This is a new b&b in Selby. It’s just a minute walk into the high street, and a few minutes to a large Tesco supermarket. (To the supermarket - Turn left out of the house and walk past the church.)
It was very clean, and had the smell of new carpet 😄 The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom is small but has a great shower.
The most important thing for me was that it is in a quiet road, and we slept very well.
The kitchen is shared, (we only saw one person during the 5 days we stayed there.) There are plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses to use, a washing machine, oven & hob and large fridge. The kitchen was always very clean.
This place is in an excellent location for getting to York, and all the beautiful villages around it. The shops and restaurants of Selby are walking distance, or there are many to discover a short drive away.
There is a large designer shopping outlet just 20 minutes drive away, 30-35 minutes by bus.
The kettle was different to any we’ve used before and was for one mug of tea/coffee. It just took a bit of getting used to, and wasn’t a problem.
