Breakfast was amazing ... great menu and the food was delicious! Exceptional staff: friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean and attractive contemporary hotel with everything working perfectly. Their lobby area is open for wine and lovely "snacks" which is nice to come back to after walking the city and before heading to evening events.
Our room could have been a bit larger with more space or larger tables to place travel items.

There is so much to like about Casa Laveni, with some very important caveats below: Exceptional staff in every department classic decor that oozes class terrific included al a carte breakfast menu, with Nespresso-based drinks large completely enclosed shower stall Comfortable bed and your choice of many different styles/types of pillows Nespresso machine in the room Long, free happy hour in the lobby with wine and mini-appetizers innovative "TV in mirror" in the bedroom
The room comments apply solely to our "superior" room size. The hotel designers clearly prioritized aesthetics over functionality and space when it comes to the standard and superior rooms. (We didn't see the larger rooms). They are really small, with very little "walk around the bed" room and, aside from a small alcove, there is no place to put more than one suitcase except on the floor where you'll likely trip over them. Even the marble nightstands are teeny, with no storage or drawers underneath. There is no place to sit for reading or work purposes except the bed. Even though the room was aesthetically very pleasing, we really couldn't relax in it except to lay on the bed. The bathroom sink vanity is beautiful and has a shelf underneath, but the actual working space around the bowl is miniscule, with room for maybe a toothbrush or two and a small glass. Although there were so many things to like about the hotel, this "teeny room problem" dragged down our score, and the superior room was an upgrade from the standard room we booked. The front of the hotel is on a very narrow one-way easy to miss side street that continues into a pedestrian-only area, so forget about dropping off your own luggage by car (unless you're in a taxi). Even the taxis can't stay in front of the hotel for more than a minute, because they completely block traffic behind them. Being picked up or dropped off by a taxi when luggage is involved is like a pit stop at a Formula One race, where everyone runs out and does what needs to be done in a matter of seconds. Despite the elaborate, wonderful included breakfast, the hotel does not have room service; fortunately there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We didn't have an opportunity to check out the gym.

L emplacement et l hôtel tout neuf.
Il est déjà un peu abîmé par les voyageurs précédents.
