A number of 'free' incluisons were both suprising and pleasant, and the staff were very welcoming and understanding of their clients.
Some basic room expectations were not to my standard, but the staff were very open to listening and taking suggestions onboard. I mainly hope that he information booklet is updated to contain more 'information'

It’s very central, just next to the new shopping district. The room is surprisingly spacious and comes with a nice bath tub. The hotel provides free alcohol and non alcoholic drinks at the lobby. Passports are not required for check in and check in is a very fuss free process. Check out is self service at an automated kiosk. The hotel feels secure.
