I had a really great stay! The apartment is in an amazing location, and the staff were so nice and helpful. Whenever I needed anything, they responded quickly and were always happy to help. They even helped me sort out a Wi-Fi issue right away and arranged laundry detergent for me when I asked. I really appreciated how thoughtful they were.
The bed was a little uncomfortable, and I expected the apartment to have basic cooking utensils and pots since there was a stovetop, but there weren’t any, so I had to arrange everything myself. I also wasn’t aware that there was no elevator before arriving, so carrying my suitcases up the stairs on my own was quite difficult. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. Overall, though, I had a nice stay, and the excellent location definitely made up for these small inconveniences! 😊

It was clean and well equipped.
The bed mattress was hard and lumpy.
