Horrible never rent again with them not worth the 1,000 hole
Great quiet neighborhood.
No water in kitchen sink , stove didn’t work . remotes had no batters . Balcony wasn’t screened in .

Overall, the apartment had significant cleanliness, maintenance, pest, and privacy concerns.
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, and based on our experience, I would not recommend this apartment.
When we arrived, it was immediately apparent that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, and the tub and floors clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time. There were spiderwebs throughout the corners of the bathroom and other areas of the apartment, and the entire place was covered in dirt and dust. The shower curtain was filthy, to the point that I removed it and purchased a new one myself.
The backyard was also very dirty and not properly maintained. The screens were broken, which made it nearly impossible to enjoy the yard because of the amount of bugs getting inside. There was also a roach problem during our stay.
The bathroom had additional issues. The sink was clogged, and the shower water pressure was almost nonexistent. I contacted the property about these problems and was told they would be addressed. It took more than a week for someone to come out and inspect the bathroom. The young man who came to look at it said that a part was needed and that he would return to complete the repair. He never came back.
I contacted the property again and specifically asked that a time be scheduled for someone to come and complete the repairs. I also made it clear in writing that I did not want anyone entering the apartment while my husband and I were away.
Despite that request, while we were out of town for the weekend, someone entered the apartment without us being there and completed the bathroom repairs. Regardless of whether the repairs ultimately needed to be made, entering the apartment while we were away after I had specifically stated in writing that we did not want anyone inside while we were gone was extremely concerning.
The apartment is also very dark, even during the daytime, which made the overall atmosphere less comfortable.
