Our stay was lovely as even more so as some our family lives just around the corner

Great location even though it was on a main road it was very quiet especially in the bedrooms bus stops very close so easy access into the city the property was clean and comfortable

Nothing to speak of

Lovely place to stay for buisness or work

Great price, lovely comfortable accomodation, I used for a buisness trip. Owners quick to respomd to messages e.g. for book in and check out. Very helpful.

Only thing i would say is the late check in fees, i dont mind them but when booking through booking.com it gives you the check in time option but doesnt specify late check in fees. It also when i booked states its self check in using a locked box and you get sent a code. Maybe just update this on the website now you have changed your process and keys are brought to you by someone and mention the late check in fees. Not a major issue just would be nice to know for those travelling later. Otherwise the process was slick and easy and owners friendly and quick to respond to messages.
