It is very convenient to get here from the airport: you take a direct metro line, then switch to a tram for just one stop (the tram stop is also underground at the main station), and from there, it’s just a short walk across 3 streets to the building. *
The apartment itself is very spacious, completely new, and modern. It is beautifully decorated with great taste, and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It has absolutely everything you need, and despite some previous reviews, there were absolutely no mosquitoes at all!
The overall location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything! The excellent Consum supermarket is just on the next street. It’s a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach, though I preferred Patacona beach (further from the port), which is just 15 minutes away by bus. The bus stops are only 2 to 4 minutes from the apartment (on different streets due to one-way traffic depending on your direction). The City of Arts and Sciences is a pleasant 20-minute walk, and the Old Town is just 15 minutes by bus. A great tip for transport: if you buy a SUMA card, 10 trips cost only €5.40, which makes getting around very cheap.
The host Carolina was always in touch and quickly helped with any questions that arose.
The inner courtyard is not very pleasant to use and it gets way too hot there, it works fine only for quick smoke, but the indoor space is so cozy and large that it doesn’ t matter at all
