Great location, beautiful room. They don't have staff on hand but the employees at the restaurant downstairs were pretty helpful.

First time staying in a self-service hotel so I was a bit skeptical but it was a great experience! The rooms were modern and very clean. The staff was very nice. There was no on-site parking but we didn't have trouble finding parking nearby.
Unfortunately I had a hard time falling asleep because our room was facing the street and a lot of people were having a lot of fun late into the night lol. Not great sound insulation between inside/outside.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel like this!! It reminded me of a fancy hostel, although you don’t share amenities with anyone else.
To access the rooms, you actually have to go into Bliss Cafe & Bar, walk all the way to the back and through the doors. SO COOL!
*Be aware, there are no elevators!! You must be able to comfortably use stairs and carry luggage up and down.*
The high-tech process is super convenient; check-in and out was seamless. Rooms had everything we needed, and if not, Nomas has amenity closets on each floor for your convenience.
The area is also great. Lots of fantastic restaurants and shops. Close to public transport and very close to downtown. Public parking was very accessible and always available.

Parking can be stressful if you are new to the area, but there is a convenient lot about a block away that always had open spots.
