The property features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a unique open-concept layout:

As you enter through the first wooden door on the right, you’ll find an open space that includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a half bathroom—perfect for relaxing and spending time together.
🛏️ Bedroom Layout
One bedroom is located inside the main living area and includes a full-size bed.
The master bedroom (king bed) is located on the left side of the property and offers added privacy.
⚠️ Please note: You will need to step outside to access the kitchen and living area from the master bedroom.
🚪 The second bedroom can be accessed through the last metal door on the right side of the property.
✨ Additional features:
The property also includes backup solar panels, a water cistern, and reliable internet—ideal for both comfort and remote work.

Starter Supply: A complimentary starter supply of essential toiletries and basic necessities is provided upon arrival. These items are not replenished during your stay, and guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
Damage Deposit of $200 is required

-Late checkout- $100
-Noise Complaints- $100-$200
- Damage/Missing towel - $20 each
- Damage/Missing bed linen, sheet, or quilt - $50 each
-Trash left at the property - $20
-Extra cleaning services - $50
-Smoking - $150
-Visits or more guests than the maximum allowed- $100
