🏖️A beachfront apartment, ideal for families of 4–6 people, offering a cozy, quiet, and comfortable atmosphere, Holiday Sea View is located in Spotorno, on the waterfront, directly overlooking the beach, in a building just a few meters from the sea and the pedestrian promenade. The apartment is for exclusive use, with an unobstructed view from east to west. The vacation rental is completely oceanfront, located on the third floor (no elevator) in an elegant building in a quiet neighborhood with shops nearby, close to downtown.

🏝️You can see the sea from every room! It consists of a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom—a bright space with a balcony facing southwest. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchenware (pots, dishes, cutlery) and appliances (TV, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, pod coffee machine) .The sleeping area consists of two spacious double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and washing machine (clothesline, iron, and hair dryer).. Linens, bed sheets, hand towels, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
🧸 The following are available upon request: for families with small children, a baby crib and a high chair. The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi.
🏄For guests who prefer to experience the sea in an adventurous and dynamic way, exploring magical places, there are opportunities to go on boat excursions departing from Spotorno, rent boats (with or without a boating license required), or visit enchanting places just a few minutes away by car or bike; by setting out early in the morning, you can discover small, uncrowded beaches in enchanting locations such as the gulf facing Bergeggi Island, the Baia dei Saraceni (Varigotti), or the Spiaggia dei Pescatori in Noli.
