From the living area, you can step out onto the covered and furnished balcony, which invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air.
The open kitchen is integrated into the living area and equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A dishwasher provides additional convenience.
For sleeping arrangements, there is a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 190 cm). Please note that the bunk bed is suitable only for children. Blackout curtains are provided to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.
The high-quality and tastefully designed bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror cabinet, and toilet. A hair dryer is provided.
Additional amenities include an elevator in the building and free private parking. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and can be used communally for a fee.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Dogs are allowed upon prior notice and for an additional fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.
The location is ideal due to its proximity to the Baltic Sea: The fine-sand beach is only about 150 m away; shopping is available about 2,000 m away, and restaurants are just about 300 m away. The train station is about 1,000 m away.

The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—especially convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a somewhat quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take strolls; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.
Various recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping options, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.
