THE SPACE
The main living areas are designed around the lake, with large windows, comfortable gathering spaces, and beautiful waterfront views throughout the home. Multiple wood-burning fireplaces add classic mountain warmth, while the open layout gives families and groups plenty of room to relax together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes basic cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, and drip coffee maker for easy meals at the home. Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading out on the water or gathering for dinner after a day exploring Big Bear, the kitchen and dining areas make it easy to stay connected.

Three King bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for adults, while the game loft offers additional sleeping and entertainment space. The loft includes two Twin beds, a Full sleeper sofa, air hockey, Pac-Man arcade, board games, a streaming TV, fireplace, remote-work desk, private balcony, and half bathroom.

Outside, enjoy the large lakefront deck, propane BBQ, gas fire pit, lakefront swing, and private hot tub overlooking the water. The fenced dog run gives guests traveling with dogs a designated outdoor space.

The private boat dock provides direct access to Big Bear Lake for boating, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming, subject to current lake conditions and seasonal water levels.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Lake Access
Guests may enjoy direct lake access and use of the private boat dock, subject to current lake conditions and water levels. Seasonal water levels may affect dock access, and the dock may not accommodate all boats. Launching motorized or non-motorized boats from the property is not permitted.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
