Relax with your family in this pretty renovated house from 1900, located 100 m from the sea and 1200 m from the center of Saint-Palais-Sur-Mer.
It is embellished with a heated swimming pool with secure roller shutter, a beautiful patio terrace with dining area, plancha, garden furniture and petanque court.
An outbuilding houses two spacious bedrooms with bathroom while the main house offers three bedrooms including a master suite upstairs and a children's bedroom.

They are built around a wooden terrace with secure swimming pool, garden furniture, plancha and deckchairs.
The renovated main house includes on the first floor the kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with shower room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs the master suite consists of a large bedroom and dining room en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, a children's bedroom is located on the same landing.
A more recent outbuilding located by the pool hosts two beautiful bedrooms each with a shower room and toilet.
