IMPORTANT – PARKING: No parking at the property (Schillerstraße). Parking is prohibited throughout the premises, including the rear building, to avoid blocking residents in. Access for loading/unloading only via Blumenstraße or Gartenstraße.



90 m², 3.5 rooms, up to 7 guests:

• Main bedroom: double bed (sleeps 2)

• 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds, can be joined (sleeps 2)

• Half-room: 1 single bed with bed rail (not a cot)

• Living room: sofa bed (sleeps 2)



The half-room is always available to all guests. For up to 3 guests, one bedroom stays locked. When booking, please specify which to leave open: the main bedroom with a double bed or the 2nd bedroom with two single beds. Both are open for 4+ guests.



Amenities: 2 toilets with bidet seats (warm water), fully equipped kitchen (oven with built-in air fryer, microwave), Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, underfloor heating.



Location: Station and town centre a 5-minute walk away. Stuttgart 15 km (approx. 20 minutes by car). Blühendes Barock (approx. 15 minutes), Monrepos Palace (2 km), Favoritepark and Bärenwiese with playground are within walking distance. An adventure park is 25 km away.



Notes: No lift – apartment on the 3rd floor. No events on the premises. Non-smoking accommodation (smoking only outside the building). 2 toilet rolls provided on arrival. Roller shutter temporarily broken. The small magnifying mirror in the bathroom is battery-operated; its light no longer works.
