Horrible.

There was nothing to enjoy about this property.

We turned up to the apartment to find it in a horrible state. Balloons and gas everywhere which we were shocked to find. Had to book another property as there was no chance we would stay in there. The property owner then offered minimal help and has fully stopped replying to any messages of a refund.

Good location.

Was very hot, many stairs which did not realise on booking Was a bit unclean

Bad communication, dirty! Didn’t get check in details till late!

Location

Dirty, broken radiator hanging off the wall, pizza on the floor, smashing full length mirror in bedroom, one fan for 2 sleeping areas, can’t open windows and we were there during a heat wave! Bedding was dirty! Freezer was dirty. Would have added more photos if I could but can only put 5 on! No bulbs in bedside table lamps, bedside tables had it been cleaned …. The list is endless!!!

5 / 10

It was decent

Bed
