Gestion Foncia scandaleuse !
L'emplacement, la terrasse, l’immeuble securisé.
Cet appartement au style très ancien est beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations réelles. Entre les mensonges de l'annonce et la gestion aberrante de l'agence Foncia La Baule, c'est une honte.
Les mensonges de l'annonce sur Booking :
Le piège des clés masqué : L'annonce sur ordinateur ne précise JAMAIS qu'il faut récupérer et rendre les clés à l'agence de La Baule pour un logement situé à Pornichet. Il y a 6 km de distance ! Venant en train avec mon fils, le taxi a coûté cher, et faire ce trajet imprévu à vélo avec toutes les valises a été un enfer.
L'arnaque du Wi-Fi : L'annonce indique clairement "Wi-Fi gratuit". Sur place, il y a bien une box, mais l'agence essaie de vous facturer l'accès et de vous forcer à louer un boîtier Wi-Fi portatif à transporter vous-même, avec une menace de 140 € de frais si vous le perdez ! Qui fait ça en 2026 ?
Hygiène : L'appartement était sale à notre arrivée. Des cheveux partout, au point où j’ai dû passer l'aspirateur moi-même en arrivant.
Salle de bain : Elle ne donne absolument pas envie d'y entrer et la douchette était cassée.
Services et comptabilité :
Aucun drap ni serviette inclus. Si vous payez le supplément, on vous donne un gros sac à l'agence (bon courage pour le porter à vélo) et vous devez faire les lits vous-même. Pour couronner le tout, j'ai été relancée un mois après le séjour pour payer via un lien. Gestion budgétaire zéro.
Conclusion : Propriétaire, fuyez Foncia, ils font fuir vos clients et dégradent votre bien. Une rénovation de la salle de bain est aussi urgente.
