Health hazard !!!
na
MOLD!!! This apartment has mold hidden behind a curtain. When we discovered it, we contacted the property manager, who confirmed they were aware of it and wrote us that it just comes back. This is a major health and safety issue, and the property manager's response is unacceptable. We are both experiencing respiratory issues.
We are therefore seeking a full refund. Thank you.

Horrible expirience
nfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with a holiday rental.
On the first day, there was no internet connection. I reported the problem immediately and explained several times that I urgently needed internet access because I had to submit an important business report that evening. This was completely ignored.
The following morning, the property asked me to leave the key in the lockbox so their technician could enter the apartment and repair the internet. I followed their instructions exactly.
When I returned from the beach, I discovered that I could not enter the apartment. My children and I were left outside from approximately 7:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., without access to the apartment, our personal belongings or my laptop, which I needed for work. We were left waiting outside for hours with no clear information about when we would be able to enter the apartment again.
What disappointed me most was not only the technical problems but the way they were handled. Communication with the property was extremely poor. Telephone calls were ended abruptly, I was told they had no time because other guests were waiting, and responses to messages were often delayed for hours, even during an emergency.
Even more disappointing was the way the property handled the dispute afterwards. They claimed that the problem occurred because I had left the keys, while omitting the fact that I left the keys only because they specifically instructed me to do so in order for their technician to access the apartment. I provided Booking.com with screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation confirming this.
After two consecutive days of serious problems, I no longer felt comfortable or confident staying there and booked another apartment. Despite these circumstances, the property refused to shorten my reservation or refund the unused nights, meaning I had to pay for two apartments at the same time.
