Its a great location for getting to other parts of the island, close to bus station & jetty where you can get a fast boat to Valetta & Gozo. The girls at reception were fantastic, so helpful & pleasant. Rooftop pool is lovely, towels are provided. There are lovely bars and restaurants around the hotel, rooms are spacious and beds comfortable

Room was very comfortable with some thoughtful touches.

Pool area small and uninviting, no parasols to provide shade. Rooftop terrace oddly awkward and staff seemed disorganised at times - no comfortable seating, no parasols to provide shade during the day. The hotel’s keenness to attract non residents detracts from caring for actual residents. No lounge area for residents to relax. Some customer service training is needed. Staff need to smarten up.
