Extremely disappointing.
Close to the metro, felt like a safe area.
My experience at this apartment was extremely disappointing. The property looked nothing like the photos and was not presented as advertised.
When I arrived, there was insufficient bedding, no extra toilet paper, and no additional trash bags. The shower was also disgustingly dirty, which made the apartment feel poorly maintained and unprepared for guests.
I attempted to contact the host multiple times for assistance, but each time I received an automated response telling me to “message through the app.” However, the only contact method provided through the app was the same phone number I was already using, so I was unable to get any actual help or reach anyone directly.
There was also no Wi-Fi, despite it being expected, and the TV did not work. When I again tried to contact someone for assistance with these issues, I received no response.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The apartment did not match its listing, several basic necessities and advertised amenities were missing or unusable, and communication and customer support were essentially nonexistent. I hope this review helps future guests make an informed decision and prevents someone else from having the same experience I did.

Je souhaite faire une réclamation concernant ma réservation.
À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le logement était dans un état extrêmement dégradé et très sale, avec notamment une forte mauvaise odeur rendant le séjour très désagréable et difficilement supportable.
Les parties communes de l’immeuble étaient également dans un état très dégradé : elles étaient particulièrement sales, mal entretenues et donnaient une impression générale de manque d’entretien. L’ensemble ne correspondait absolument pas aux conditions que nous pouvions attendre au regard de la présentation du logement lors de la réservation.
Nous avons donc été contraints de quitter le logement, car il nous était impossible d’y rester dans ces conditions.
Nous disposons de photos et de vidéos prises à notre arrivée, permettant de constater clairement l’état réel du logement et des parties communes. Fils électrique appâtant dans la salle de bain supplément odeur d’urine
Par ailleurs, nous avons essayé de contacter la personne responsable du logement, mais celle-ci ne nous a pas répondu. C’est particulièrement problématique : en cas de problème plus grave ou nécessitant une intervention urgente, nous aurions dû nous débrouiller seuls, sans aucune assistance de sa part.
Nous avons donc payé pour un hébergement que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser dans des conditions normales et avons dû trouver une autre solution.
Au vu de l’état extrêmement dégradé et sale du logement, de la forte mauvaise odeur, du mauvais état des parties communes, du manque d’entretien général, de la non-conformité avec ce qui était présenté lors de la réservation et de l’absence de réponse de l’hébergeur, nous demandons le remboursement des nuits que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser.
Nous pouvons bien évidemment transmettre l’ensemble des photos, vidéos et échanges permettant de justifier notre réclamation.
Merci de bien vouloir examiner cette situation sérieusement et nous proposer une solution adaptée.

A éviter absolument si vous avec besoin d'une facture : le loueur refuse d'en fournir.

appartement non climatisé, non muni de ventilateur. seulement deux fenêtres hautes donnant sur une cours aveugle avec impossibilité de créer un courant d'air.
télévision bloquée, internet instable et impossibilité de téléphoner en intérieur.
Pas de réponse du propriétaire pour une assistance durant toute la semaine.
