Helpful owner and an unusual accommodation far enough from city noise. The trailer has quite a bit of charm. The surroundings got soul too - living next to where normal people live in the countryside, not touristy or fancy, and not on the noisy road.
The elephant in the room is the cost, and for the cost (which is maybe half of what a room/apartment usually costs, if that), this is a wonderful place to stay.
Fairly remote, so car/bike recommended. The bathroom is a separate facility next to the shower, fairly spacious, although I haven't tested the shower myself.
Also, had the most lovely neighbour show up and say hi! Highlight of the stay.
It does smell a bit, although not very strongly - could be a smell of an old trailer, though maybe it was just the farm smells coming from outside. Not a huge amount; probably ok for some or even most people, but if you're sensitive to smells, you will notice it.
The AC is mounted on the wall next to the bed (including the external block as well), so you will likely hear it at night if you run it. The room is not really dark at night/in the morning (no blackout to speak of), especially because of the skylight. Fine for some people, less so for others.
For some reason, booking marked our stay as "not showed up" at first, probably some system error.
We needed specifically this location (Radanovici) for our stay, but if you're on foot and you want to do something in Tivat or Kotor, this is, of course, not optimal.

I chose the location because of the short way to Kotor. I
really enjoyed my stay in the caravan. It was very comfortable, and heating the space with the air conditioning worked surprisingly well.
The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I also loved having outdoor seating right in front of the caravan and the convenience of parking my car directly next to it. The bathroom was located right next door.
Everything was clean and I would definitely come back.

המחיר פנטסטי, הקרוואן מאוד נוח, והשירותים מקלחת מצוינים ומרווחים מאוד! אהבנו את פינת הישיבה, את המיקום (חנינו ליד הקרוואן והיה מאוד נוח) בעלת המקום מאוד נחמדה, והביאה לנו כלים שהיו חסרים לנו מהמטבח ומקום במקרר.
היו פספוסים קלים בצ׳ק אין, הייתה חסרה ציפית, שקית בפח, המקררון בקרוואן לא עבד.
