Great alternative to camping. Beds are just benches but comfortable. Having a jug in the room was very welcome. The drying here was the best on trail. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Ladies showers needed some fixes, you needle to hold the button in to keep the water running. There isn’t much cover at the front of the pod for placing wet backpacks and jackets. We didn’t want to bring them inside but they got even wetter outside (the drying room, quite rightly, doesn’t allow packs). There weren’t enough hooks inside either although that’s likely to stop people hanging up wet stuff but we wanted to hang our towel for example.

Uncomfortable beds with plastic covers around the mattress. Also, it’s not very welcoming that there are no cups and teabags even though there is a kettle.
