Nightmare stay away

The location was good thats about it

No WiFi. Coffee maker never worked. The cooker never worked. No hot water. . Nightmare. Trying to speak to someone about getting the key . The flat was one Nightmare stay away. We stayed one night and get another hotel down the road.

Not for family, single or couple

Location is good if you are a single person or couple visiting and not driving!

On entering the property, there were ants carrying food around, there was no hot water, and there were no extra bed sheets provided. When I opened the oven, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest, as there was still pizza left inside. The blinds also do not close fully kept popping up! I contacted the property about these issues, but more than 24 hours later I still have not received any response. I eventually managed to get the water hot, but the way the boiler is plugged i nearly got eletric shock so had to plu where microwave went, feels unsafe and potentially dangerous. I understand that the property was inexpensive, but unfortunately it feels as though the property is not being properly cared for or maintained. This is a real shame, because with some proper cleaning and maintenance, it could be a really nice place to stay. This is the first ever review on booking.com even thoigh I have booked with them alot over the years and disappointment espically as my childrens comfort and safety comes first!

Absolute disgrace do not use

Nothing, absolute disgrace from the owners

We booked the property and even though check-in wasn't until 3pm we contacted the owners to ask if we could leave our cases. No response. There was a phone number for the booking and we called it several times, no answer. So we had no choice but to wait till 3pm. We went to the property and there was no one there to meet us, we hung around for about 30 mins before contacting booking .com to find out what was going on. After another 45 mins we were informed that they could no longer accommodate us with no contact direct from the owners whatsoever even though they had my email and phone details. Absolute disgrace. What was more gauling is that when we checked they were still advertising the room but at a much more higher price.

Lo grande, lo cómodo y que tuviera terraza y cocina, me gustó mucho

Que no estaba limpio, las sábanas no estaban limpias, había sábanas en la lavadora, no se sentía limpio. Me hubiese gustado quedarme un día más, es acogedor pero le falta más cariño ah y la puerta de afuera no cerraba, estaba dañada.
