Quite unpleasant and expensive experience.

Air conditioning was present.

Review from a fellow Sardinian. On the day of the booking, we have been assigned to a different property from the one we paid for saying that the air con in the other property wasn’t working, and that the new place was exactly the same as the other one. When I get to the place it was nothing like the pictures. No garden, no nice tables and chairs in the outside space, bear in mind we paid €137 for the night. You need to go through 3 different doors to get in so not easy to get to. When I opened the door I realised how small the place was with the tiniest table and chair. The bed didn’t have a cover which was actually thrown on one of the chairs and also we didn’t have a sheet to cover ourselves during the night, only the topper and the mattress cover was provided. The bathroom was clean and they provide 3 tiny bottles of soap which aren’t even enough for 2 showers, obviously we had our own. Looking around I realised there was no fridge in the property which it’s a bare minimum and was present in the pictures, and no even one fork or knife, nor glasses. What is the point of providing plates but not cutlery, I’m not too sure. So I called the number they provided to ask about the fridge as I had food and I’d have liked to put a bottle of water to cool down and the girl that later on turn into a very rude person, tried to help me offering some food from glovo. Obviously I refused and went to get some ice and cutlery to keep our stuff cool and be able to eat while she was “solving” the problem. Nothing happened and in the end I was offered a refund of 50€ that never arrived even though I got sent the receipt of the transaction. I called for explanation a few days after and I was basically called liar when I was trying to politely explain that I had not received the refund and if she could please just call her bank to find out. After her being very rude and with attitude, she said she was gonna call her bank in the morning.

Great little apartment a few steps away from OLB

Great little apartment next to Olbia Airport, with everything you might need for a quick night's stay or even to base your holidays for a longer trip: it even has a barbecue and little entrance garden! It is not only well connected but walkable and in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood with a large mall nearby. The bus also takes you to downtown Olbia or elsewhere for little more than 1€. Valeriya was super accommodating and helpful, allowing us to check in after hours with no hassle. We found some cool water in the fridge and a spotless bathroom with shower gel, extra pleasant after our delayed red-eye flight. Definitely recommended!

Just as a suggestion, the bed is slightly narrow for two and having the matress inside a wooden bix it's easy to hit elbows and knees during the night... might be worthwhile to extend it by doing away with one of the two side cabinets! :)

Great little apartment next to Olbia Airport, with everything you might need for a quick night's stay or even to base your holidays for a longer trip: it even has a barbecue and little entrance garden! It is not only well connected but walkable and in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood with a large mall nearby. The bus also takes you to downtown Olbia or elsewhere for little more than 1€. Valeriya was super accommodating and helpful, allowing us to check in after hours with no hassle.
