Property was clean, tidy and comfortable with nice touches like bread, cheese and orange juice in the fridge. It's in an isolated spot, so quiet but safe. People need to know it's not on the town side of the river, and is about a 25-30 minute walk. This really suited us, because a) it's quiet and b) we appreciate the exercise. Half of that distance is also a memorable walk over the De Bosset bridge (is it the longest pedestrian bridge in Europe? Something like that) which has great views (turtles if you're lucky) and if you were located on the town side you could miss out on that.
There is no pavement between the property and the bridge, so you need a torch at night, though there is a car park right by the bridge if you prefer. If coming from the Sami direction you will probably sail past the property as the only sign faces the other way!
