Giovanna is a wonderful host and so helpful. Excellent location vary near the train station. It is very pleasant walk of about ten minutes into town. The b and b is also very close to the Villa Gregoriana. My room was spacious, an older style, but very clean.The bathroom was spotless and recently updated

Si tratta di una guest house a pochi passi dalla stazione di Tivoli e da Villa Gregoriana. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La camera è spaziosa, i letti comodissimi. Il bagno ampio e moderno. C'è una piccola sala comune con macchina da caffè, fornetto a microonde, piatti e bicchieri mentre in camera un bollitore per tisane.
La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, sotto la struttura e nelle vicinanze della stazione ci sono parcheggi a strisce bianche, altrimenti, non molto lontano, parcheggi a pagamento.
Nulla. L'assenza di condizionatori potrebbe essere un problema in estate, avendo soggiornato ad ottobre la temperatura era perfetta.

La posizione comoda al centro e al sito archeologico della villa gregoriana, molto bella anche se impegnativa, la struttura è in un palazzo anonimo, ma la camera a nostra disposizione era comodissima,praticamente un mini alloggio, un po' datato ma efficiente. Se vi piace camminare è il posto giusto.La pecca più grande è il secondo piano senza ascensore,sicuramente un grosso handicap.
La mancanza dell'ascensore.
