Very calm central location, about 2 km south of Temple Bar, well connected by Bus or RedClick bikes. All very clean. Nice shower. Good for a few days in Dublin. Good friendly communication with the host.
Tiny room with little space around the bed, everything is tight. The kitchen is a kitchenette, not meant for cooking, only mikrowave. Green light of smoke detector is too bright at night.

Our host was incredibly pleasant and responsive, replies came instantly, which was much appreciated. The apartment is easy to access with clear instructions, and the location is excellent, very close to the city center. The Grove Park bus stop right outside is a huge plus, with frequent departures to various parts of Dublin. We appreciated having both Spar and Lidl nearby (the Lidl is particularly well-stocked).
Apartment 13 was well-equipped with a great kitchen and a comfortable double bed in the bedroom. These were definite highlights.
However, the space is quite small. There's limited room for luggage, and while it works well for two guests, three people felt cramped. The sofa is uncomfortable for sleeping, and the small dining table only has two chairs, we had to keep moving it to make room for the sofa bed. Storing the bedding from the sofa every day in the single bedroom wardrobe became tedious. The bathroom is also tiny with nowhere to put toiletries.
Recommendation: Ideal for couples; not recommended for groups of three or more.
