Excellent location to visit historic centre of La Rochelle. Apartment is OK. Chloe was extremely helpful after a misunderstanding about picking up the keys . Washing machine with powder was a bonus. NB Some great restaurants within an easy walking distance
The parking garage was a little further away than we realised, but having a parking spot at all in the city centre was good. We found the kitchen small and confusing.

La proximité avec le centre ville de La Rochelle à pied, comme le silence durant la totalité de notre séjour.
L'équipement de l'appartement était complet.
Certes l'éclairage par les deux lampes de chevet de la chambre, est faible du fait des abats jours "épais".
Reste que l'immeuble dès le RDC, qui dégageait une odeur de "vase", cette dernière, atteignait souvent l'appartement.

Emplacement bien situé près de l'aquarium et centre ville accessible par navette bateau
1 er étage avec ascenseur
Endroit très calme ( aucun bruit. aucune voiture)
Légèrement trop meublé

L'appartement est bien équipé malgré plusieurs petits défauts
Parking beaucoup trop loin
Canapé lit trop mou
Plaque de cuisson d'une autre époque même si elle fonctionne correctement
Pas de dosette de lave-vaisselle( même une seule pour démarrer)
Je pense qu'il faudrait modifier l'annonce concernant ''les animaux domestiques '' et rajouter dans les filtres de recherche '' sur demande et avec supplément ''

The apartment is within walking distance of the old town. Having a Yelo bike station right there was a huge plus, and we used the bikes constantly.
The ability to park the car safely.
We felt uneasy about the deposit system. Given the existing scratches and wear throughout the apartment, we worried about being unfairly charged for pre-existing damage.
The apartment is slightly more worn and darker than it appears in the pictures.
There were too many checkout tasks required - cleaning the kitchen, taking out the trash, and stripping the bed. It felt like a bit too much work...
